Everyone has people in their life that hold them together. People that lift them up, keep them grounded, provoke them to let loose, and embrace the opportunity to have deep conversation. Whether you find these qualities in a close knit group of friends, or large variety that brings a little something different, the bond you share with those people is sacred, and you can't possibly choose favorites when you find yourself blessed with this arrangement.
I have to admit, it's taken me a long time to accomplish this occurance in my life, but I am so lucky it happened. I enjoy spending time with multpile people, but this will help you familiarize yourself with the most often blog-worthy ones.
In no particular order:
Kelli (aka Ophelia, Kelli Belli)-
She is an undercover optimist. She's witty, sarcastic, and makes fun of people with rose-colored glasses. I met her in 2005, and though we get busy and stagnant, we always drift back together at some point. She is funny, confident, insightful, and crazy. She works in retail at a "fat lady store" (her words) and she is great at her job. She is the best tap dancer I know, and a great actress.
Sarah (aka Lynne, Pretty)-
She is the perfect mixture of sugar and spice. She knows exactly who she is, and if someone has a problem with it, she knows where to tell them to shove it. She is a lover AND a fighter. When she loves you, she will do anything for you. She is my party chickadee and my shoulder to cry on. The one and only person who will join me in belting our favorite song no matter who is listening.
Michael-
Every girl needs one, and he is mine. My GBF(gay best friend). He fell into my life not too long ago (he's in a relationship with another close amazing friend of mine, Nicholas), and each and every time I see him he surprises me with a new factoid about his personality. He gives fabulous advice, beats my ass at video games, dances like no one is watching, and is the most random person I know.
Ryan-
For those of you who don't know, I'll claim him- he's blood. We have grown closer recently and I am not about ready to let that go to waste. He's the best example of a decent guy I know. He needs to run his own Hitch business.
Kristina (aka Seester)-
She married my brother so she could be related to me (ha ha just jokin). No but really, she is the amazing sister I never had. She is creative, resourceful, and will take on any challenge. She does this thing where she tells me to pinch in between my big toe and my second one to make my headache go away. Crazy thing is, it works. Silly Kristina, voodoo is for creepers. ;)
There are others that deserve to be on here, but I am tired, so this is to be continued....
Oh Seeester! I'm so glad I got you blogging! :) Reading your blog makes me laugh, I dont remember giving you that advice but by golly, if it works-I'll claim it!!
